Order Processing Time
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before shipment. We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible.
Cash On Delivery
- COD Service Fee
A COD service fee of 149/- will be applied to each order where the COD option is selected. This fee is non-refundable and is intended to cover handling, processing, and delivery charges associated with the COD service.
- Payment
The COD service fee is in addition to the total order amount. we require an additional Rs 149/- in advance for COD charges, which will be communicated through WhatsApp. The remaining amount will be collected at the time of delivery.
- Order Confirmation
Your order will be confirmed once we receive the COD service fee via WhatsApp. If the COD service charge is not paid, your order will be marked as canceled.
- Delivery
COD orders will only be processed and delivered once the COD service fee has been paid, and the remaining order amount will be received in cash by our delivery personnel.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping for all orders.
Shipping Costs: We provide free shipping on all prepaid orders within the India.
Shipping Timeframes: Once your order has been processed, estimated shipping time is typically 4-8 business days. Please note that these timeframes may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking Information: For all orders, we provide tracking information. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 72 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully to understand your rights and options.
We are happy to offer return/exchange on any unworn items within 72 hours of delivery only. No further actions can be taken on this. It must also be in the original packaging.
To exchange/return your order, please contact our customer support team within the timeframe. Provide your order number and relevant details/reasons for a faster resolution.
Once we have received your return/exchange request, we will send you an email to confirm the same.
To complete your exchange/return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping returns
To return/exchange your product, you must ship your product to our address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will check if availabilty of similar products, we will exchange (THE ITEM MUST BE UNHARMED, NOT WORN OR ALTERED ).
100-150/- will be charged per product for exchange shipping depending on your area pin-code and the weight of the shipment.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
